What To Expect From My Books
When I began writing The Morcyth Saga, I did so because I was disatisfied with the wait, and more importantly, the lack of excitement I was getting from my favorite established authors. Long wait between books, and when the next installment finally came out, I was less than enthused. I wanted, no, needed something better. So I set out to create a series that would give readers what I thought had been lacking...Fun!
I mean, isn't that why we read books in the first place? To escape our mundane existence, have a holiday if you will, in another place or another time. So that's what I endeavore to create. What you will find in all my books are as follows:

  1. Something of interest in every chapter. None of this having to read four chapters of background before you get into the good stuff. In The Unsuspecting Mage, first book of The Morcyth Saga, at the end of the first chapter, James has crossed over into the other world. In the second, he's fighting for his life.

  1. Less is more. By that I mean I leave most of the descriptive details up to the reader. When I would read a book, I tended to skip over the lengthy paragraphs of 'environment' to get to the action. Of course, I would invariably go back to those paragraphs anyway in fear I may have missed something. Rarely though was there anything critical to the story.

  1. Timely publication. My readers won't have to wait a year or more for the next installment. I also pledge to keep them posted as to when to expect the next one, or the reason why it is being delayed. Your satisfaction is important to me.

  1. I'm approachable. If you email me, I always reply. Good or bad, I want to hear from my readers.
